3.3 Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start
  • 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 7-14 days before course start
  • No refund available for cancellations within 7 days of course start
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days
  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment with full refund

We grant students a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for educational purposes during the course duration and for personal reference thereafter.

6. Code of Conduct

All students must adhere to our code of conduct:

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior
  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
  • No disruptive or disrespectful behavior in classes
  • Respect the learning environment and equipment
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination from the program without refund.

7.2 Job Placement Assistance

While we provide job placement assistance and career guidance, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement success depends on various factors including market conditions, individual effort, and skill development.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
